MLKMS Children celebrate MLK Day

In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, MLK students decorated paper bags dontated from the Kroger store at Southgate.  The bags were delivered back to the Kroger store and used to bag customer groceries on the holiday.  Lots of excitment was generated in the classrooms as the children learned the lessons of Dr. King and created their own dreams on their bags.
